Job description

Want to help develop the next generation of cutting edge online retail sites? We are seeking graduates to assist with the development and implementation of web-based eCommerce systems utilising full-stack JavaScript solutions, progressive technologies, and serverless architecture. Successful candidates will be working in an experienced team, with plenty of opportunities for learning, growth and reward for achievement.

 

We are looking for technically minded individuals with strong communication skills to become part of our team. To succeed in this role you will be reliable, team-oriented, self-motivated, have excellent time management skills, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. You will be passionate about web development and have an interest in Open Source Software and the Linux operating system. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Starting salary for graduate positions is $60,000 per annum, plus superannuation.

Experience with all of the following technologies is a requirement

  • JavaScript, NodeJS

  • Linux (preferably Debian/Ubuntu)

  • SQL and NoSQL databases

  • HTML, CSS

Familiarity with any of the following technologies is desirable

  • TypeScript

  • JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Vue, Knockout, or React

  • Docker, Kubernetes, or other container environments

  • Cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

  • Nginx, Apache

  • PHP, Magento

  • MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB

  • VS Code, PhpStorm, Eclipse, or other IDE
